Got a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4s here recently. They did a great job.The reason I’m taking the time to write a review though, is because whoever did my wheel alignment deserves some recognition. It is perfect. I mean, absolutely bang on, dead straight perfect. Please pass on my thanks to that guy! He’s a legend!

Buyer Beware! I took my daughters vehicle in to have the brakes replaced prior to her move to Dallas. Shortly after arrival, her brakes completely failed with the pedal hitting the floor and her luckily able to stop the car utilizing the parking brake. Having it towed to a repair shop, it was determined that the hard line to the caliper was broken due to the bolt missing from the hold down causing the line to bend then break. $987.98 later(not including tow cost) the car was repaired. When I reported this back to the store, they got me in touch with the RM for remedy. To date, the RM has tried to negotiate down the reimbursement and has been very slow to respond to my numerous calls and text. Mistakes happen in any industry and how you fix/remedy them is what makes a good store or a bad one. To date, this is turning out to be a bad one.

Amazing service! What a contrast compared to Firestone! If you are at Firestone, drive one block around the corner to Tire Discounters.Read about my experience and the contrast between Firestone and Tire Discounters.“Today, Firestone service center in Brentwood lost my business (10 years and 5 existing vehicles) due to a single, indefensible experience. The manager, Tim R. was not there and unfortunately it showed. The cost of doubling down on petty behavior.Drove around the corner to TIRE DISCOUNTERS who asked for me to remain in my Expedition while they repaired my tire in less than 15 min after a 30-min wait. Provided me with a time to file an executive complaint at the Bridgestone headquarters here in Nashville. (Something I never do)BTW, I just went inside to pay, and TIRE DISCOUNTERS told me, “don’t worry about it”!!! I described my experience at Firestone where they just lost my business after 10 years with 5 vehicles, and explained how my next step is to write a five star review of these two kids. What a great story!(FYI… I’m the guy who does not complain at a service center because of how hard I know everyone is always working and how tough it is to keep good people these days. I am the one who advocates for the service team if a customer is being rude. Over the years, I must have shared my positive perspective with dozens of people in the area and described how great my experience has always been with Firestone and Tim. They are not just losing a customer, they are losing an advocate for them and Firestone.)

Me and my girlfriend came in Saturday to get the Front Driver Side and the Back Passenger Tire replaced. It was done alot quicker than expected and seemed to be a great experience. When we got home the back passenger tire had not been changed. They replaced the both front tires instead. I called back to see what had happened. On the phone they said they did replace the back tire but just rotated it. We brought in back in Monday and we were told whoever I spoke too on the phone lied. We eneded having to pay an additional 256 for a new tire and service. I can understand if you make a mistake but don't straight up lie about it. Nothing was done to fix this mistake or anything. This is a poor business practice and very disappointing.

I have a three-year alignment contract with this business. I tried to go to the location closer to my house, but was told they were a week out in appointments and as summer begins. They said it was a four week wait. Obviously that's unacceptable. So I drove four towns away to the next tire discounters location. When I got here for my 11 o'clock appointment, I was told it would be 2 to 3 hours. I've seen Minnie alignment done and it takes 20 minutes to do. I asked why I was gonna take that long and was basically just told but that's the way it goes. Tried to get a phone number from corporate off of their website and zero phone numbers are listed. Went to the chat option and was told by that person that I had to deal with the local store manager. Or the manager is not here today and will not be here all day. At this point I want a refund prorated for a broken contract and I will take my business elsewhere

I am a travel nurse and pulled in to fix a flat tire in hopes they could patch it quickly. They had me in-and-out within 30 minutes!

I’ve made two separate oil changes recently and both times I’ve went they’ve “forgotten to write the appointment down” - save your time and go somewhere else. We will not be back.

I went to Tire Discounters In Brentwood. Maurice and his crew provided top quality customer service. It began with the manager finding me affordable tires, the wait time wasn't long at all, the fees were exactly what was promised in the beginning. They even manage to answer all my questions and explained additional services they could provide. This service was by far the best I've ever received and I highly recommend it to others.

The first set of tires I bought was a great experience. The second set of tires last year came with the some customer service issues. The tire rotation a few months ago left my steering wheel covered in black grease. My oil change and tire repair yesterday ended in the same dirty steering wheel, my radio stations changed, my seat adjustment memory erased. When I went to it for the service, the manager told me my check engine light was on. I told him it wasn’t in when I parked the car in the lot when I dropped it off. the manager then began “mansplaining” to me that the check engine was “the little orange that looks like an engine” on the dash. I will not be returning to Tire Discounters. And FYI the check engine light is not on.

I had the worst experience at this location. I brought my truck for 2 new tires and alignment and oil change. I was told that it would take 1.5 hours, so I waited the 1.5 hours.Once that time elapsed, I had to hunt down the manager to find out how much longer my wait would be. I was told 1.5 hours.Wah. Wah.So I had to scramble to get a ride to continue on with my life and I mentioned that I was told an hour and a half an hour and a half ago as I walked out. I don't know if that didn't sit well with the manager and he decided to sabotage my vehicle, or if the work was simply done by an incompetent technician.I come back hours later...at a tire shop...with 2 new tires put on and none of my tires are inflated to 40 psi and my tire light is on. So I have them inflate the tires. The next day, the truck has a terrible oil leak.Hmm. Wonder what they did wrong there.I take it back and they say that something is broken and it will cost a thousand dollars to fix. But they'll give me a 200 dollar discount. The cracked part was from the oil filter being screwed on too tightly. I had to point this out to them and they finally admitted that 'things happen'.Was it sabotage or incompetence? I'll never know because I simply couldn't trust them with my vehicle. And another mind-blowing thing was that I discovered that they forgot to put one of my valve stem covers back on one of my tires that they aired up for me - which they charged me 10 dollars each for.You would think a tire place would know to inflate the tires and screw on the little caps rather than their customers. But I digress. So fortunately for me the truck was still under warranty so I had the repairs done at the dealership. It cost me nothing, but the dealerships' cost estimate for the repairs was roughly 500 dollars to do the work that this place was going to charge me 800 dollars for.I never thought I'd find a company with worse service than Comcast, but then I rolled into Tire Discounters in Brentwood.Never again. You have been warned.

They said they didn’t have the tire available that I chose for $67 and booked an appointment with them to replace but they could replace my tires with one for $148 though. I paid the $148….found out at the next repair shop I went to for another tire that blew that Tire Discounters put the wrong size tire on my vehicle.

When I bought my tires there they promised to do tire rotation and balance for the life of the tires. The last two times I took my car in for oil change etc, even though I specifically requested tire rotation and balance it was not done. Last time I had a tire that was extremely low in air pressure. They told me they rotated and balanced the tires and refilled all the air. They absolutely did not because the tire that was low was in the same position. I called back extremely upset because the services that I was charged for and told had happened had indeed not been done. The man was not very kind to me nor apologetic and hung up on me. The next day they did send a valet to pick up my car and returned my car shortly after and the problem was resolved. However, it shouldn’t take multiple attempts to get services done and angry phone calls.
