As a Realtor who has worked with TJ on dozens of transactions, I highly recommend him. His rates have almost always been the best when my clients shop around and he's never postponed a closing date due to lending! If you're shopping a lender who is prompt with great rates, you've found him!

TJ assisted us in our mortgage search for a house in Nashville, TN. My parents live in Nashville, Tennessee and I live in Oceanside, California, so communication between us had to be spot-on for this transaction to go smooth, and that it was! TJ answered all my calls and texts and didn’t have me waiting for hours and days for an answer to a question I had, like many lenders do. He was nice, professional, respectful and an all around good person. I shopped around 5 or 6 lenders looking for the best rate and TJ beat them all (to save you all time shopping around). He was able to get us a 3.875 with no points bought! The closest to that rate was quickenloans at a 4.0, and that’s with approximately $3,000 worth of points for that rate! TJ’s fee is also very low compared to other lenders. I showed the final closing statement to one of my good friends, whom is a mortgage broker and he said “wow, that’s actually really good, he isn’t charging you unnecessary fees like many lenders do.” All that being said, this loan was not easy at all, but TJ sure did make it seem that way. He is my guy for life now when it comes to purchasing property in TN. Give him a call and you won’t be disappointed!

TJ is the best to work with, therefore when it came to my husband and I buying our home, there was no question on who we would choose to work with. TJ and his team do such an awesome job communicating with their clients and ensuring they are informed and updated during the entire process. They always hit their closing date and never disappoint!
