“I moved about a year ago and had to make special trips across town to my usual vape shop..I consider myself a loyal customer to businesses that seem to appreciate my business, so, finding another vape store I was comfortable with was a bit difficult at first. I walked in by chance to Royalty vape and they were so helpful! Never pushy with trying to sell me something I don’t need and have always been knowledgeable, patient and legit-nice people! I’ve never had a bad experience here and it’s my go to for all my accessories and liquids! I will say, however, that sometimes the coils I’m looking for aren’t in stock, but that’s usually because I vape a popular brand and I go thru coils and pods like they’re WATER. ? With that being said, Royalty Vape has always been reliable for everything else I could possibly need and the people who work there truly make the trip worth taking!
(I don’t have a car, if you’re wondering why I mentioned this☝?) 5 stars overall and in this review, I’d like to thank the staff for making me feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated as a customer-the fact that they don’t haggle you to death or, like other shops in the area; try to overcharge if it’s something you NEED, is truly appreciated and I just thank you all so much for being so reliable!

“The customer service is AMAZING at this store. My favorite flavor of vape had been sold out for a couple of weeks. I was a little bummed because I go in every week and get my “Loops” flavored vape . I came in today, hoping they would have it. Unfortunately they didn’t BUT the owner called his warehouse and asked if I would be willing to wait 10 minutes so he could go pick up the flavor I wanted. This man went out of his way just to get me one vape. This is BEYOND satisfaction of customer service. Love the people that work here & the owner! ?”
“Posted hours are wrong; I drove across town and got there at 10:30 to find the store empty. The hours posted on their door also said open at 10:00. If they can't be bothered to stick to their hours, I won't be returning.
UPDATE: The owner was very responsive, and I will be giving them another shot. My experience here has historically been very good, and they have a great product. Maybe call to check they're open before you drive out here!”
“I always come here before and after school and the customer service is amazing, the workers are kind and understanding, idk what the other reviews are talking abt. If someone speaking in their home language is making you uncomfortable then that’s you. Not everyone has to speak English all the time in front of you, they are kind and I hardly doubt they were talking abt you. They care about their customers.”
