I was part of a Spanish wine class and afterwards my husband and I started looking at the tequila. We pressed the button for support and Anthony was there to help us. He let us taste multiple different types of tequila was very knowledgeable about the ones he showed us. We ended up buying three more bottles thanks to his advice! I really appreciate his customer service and will continue to shop at this store in the future!

This store is massive. Well-stocked. Lots of variety. If you're running in and grabbing a bottle, this isn't the place for you. Great for getting your alcohol for parties. It didn't have one of the types of wines I needed. Staff was helpful. Checkout was easy.

Better than BevMo!Lots of wine, liquors, and beer. Most parts of Tennessee have poor beer selection (the cheap stuff and 5 IPAs usually), but not this place. Plus there's a wall full of single beers, and lots of seasonal selections.

My husband was kept at the register while I was required to go to my car and get my ID. When I asked why this was required when I was not the one making the purchase, I was informed by the cashier that everyone under 21 had to be accompanied by an adult but that it is also a legal requirement for me to show my ID. This is a contradictory policy, because if I were 12 years old and with an adult, the adult would be allowed to make a purchase without me showing an ID. It was very evident to me that "laws" were being made up on the spot. It's a shame, because my experience otherwise was positive.

Me (29) and my girlfriend (25) went in here to make a purchase. I showed my ID at the register and they asked to see hers too. She's 25, but had left it at home. They then refused to sell to me. I've lived in Tennessee my whole life and never had this happen. So could I walk out of the store and walk back in alone and purchase it? Absolutely ridiculous. The manager was called over and was a complete jerk as well, grabbed the bottle and ran to put it back and said nope. Treated us like criminals. Will never be back

We arrived unannounced with a list of more than 50 wines we needed to purchase for Wine and Spirits Education Trust Level 3 studying. After a few minutes of searching, my husband went in search of help. Fortunately, he found Daryl! Daryl spent the next hour plus find all the wines we needed. He was incredibly knowledgable about all the countries, regions, and varietals to make sure my studying moves forward. We both so much appreciated his time, kindness, and knowledge which he freely shared! Thank you sir - well done Total Wine hiring a rock star like this.

Best anywhere. You after a Right Bank Bordeaux for $25 there it is and it is a great wine for the $25 . You want a $12 bottle of Red Burgundy, there is a great bottle for that price. Enjoy!!

One of the better beer selections of any store I've visited in the southeast US. I made a 3 hour drive just to get a specific beer I haven't been able to find anywhere outside of Germany. Folks were friendly. They were giving samples of bourbon and tequila when I visited. Overall top notch store.

I visited the San Dimas store for the first time. I was greeted store personnel and immediately felt comfortable. Items were easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. While I was impressed by how clean and organized the store is, I was more impressed by the many choices for Craft Beer. This will be my store of preference in the future!

This was becoming my favorite place to shop for wine. I would have given it 5 stars until yesterday...When I checked out yesterday, not only did the cashier ask for my ID, but he insisted on seeing my husband's as well. He scanned both. We questioned him about this and he said that it is corporate policy to check all ID's of those with the customer purchasing alcohol if they look under 50 years old as they want to prevent you from giving it to someone with you if they are underage. Huh?...I checked, minors can enter the store, what if my teenager was with me? After spending a good amount of time there, would I have been able to make the purchase? If so, their explanation makes no sense. BTW- We have walked in there and had free alcohol tastings and not carded, but all in a party have to get IDs scanned if one buys something?...The only positive side to this "Big Brother" policy is the cashier thought my husband and I looked under 50.

Decent selection. Some staff is very kind and helpful. Manager (tall dark haired gentleman) and others are rude and condescending. Better know what you're after and know their policies if you shop there. Won't be back. I'd rather pay more elsewhere. Although, at least with bourbon, their prices are hit and miss, just like anywhere else. But with more attitude.

Bought my all time favorite beer from there a few days ago and the pack was skunked. They might have been left in the heat. I took them straight to the refrigerator as soon as I purchased. Disappointed to say the least.

Love this place. Always the most helpful staff and who can resist the free wine and spirit samples? I have discovered some great finds through those tastings. While they don't have the least expensive prices, they are reasonable and have an excellent selection.

Have been a regular here and today cashier Lauryn was very racist, rude and condescending. Please avoids her if you enjoy coming here.
