“Great business and very helpful. Had my battery die, and was able to drive up and have them check it within a few minutes. Needed a new battery and they were able to replace and give me a new one. My car has plastic covering the entire engine as a protectant, and has little pegs holding it in place, which they added in ones that were missing without being asked. Very speedy and was in and out in about 45 minutes.”

After a little attempted negotiation on my part, I was told that I would have a truck on site in less than 20 minutes. Ten minutes after that, my help came. Jacob came with a smile and tried his best to get my car going. He was pleasant throughout and calmed my nerves. Jacob provided service that made a rough day tolerable. I highly recommend this company.”

“Most reliable and quick. I’ve had many experiences with trying to get a tow truck and Martin’s have been the most responsive. The bad reviews seem to come from those who felt entitled to park without paying or in a reserved/restricted area and pissed they had to pay for their “inconvenience”.”
