Staff is friendly BUT this is the only UPS store that makes you stand there as they individually wrap and package each Amazon return. It takes forever and ever and ever. The other Brentwood location, Green Hills etc just put your items aside with the return slips, quickly get you out and then package. Unfortunately, I won’t even go to this location any longer because of their ridiculous practice. I’ll drive by and go to the location by Brueggers instead.

I wish this and other local UPS locations would get a handle on their indoor air quality - the cloying plug-in smell is so overpowering when you walk in the door I have to try and hold my breath. The smell sticks to my clothes for hours even if I just walk in to hand off an envelope! Honestly I don't understand how the poor employees can stand it. Service is just ok at this one. But honestly if I worked there I wouldn't want to open my mouth to talk or breathe any more than absolutely necessary either.

I had a really frustrating experience at this UPS while trying to get my fingerprints taken for work. This service is by appointment only, and I had scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for a 20-min time slot. When I arrived, another person had already been waiting for a while (a friendly employee had brought out a chair for him to sit in). We were told that the manager was the only one who could access the fingerprinting kiosk and that he was running late. I didn’t mind waiting (we all have those days) and they brought me a chair too. Half an hour went by and the manager still hadn’t arrived, despite having told his employee “3 or 4 minutes”. At this point, the person in front of me had been waiting for nearly an hour and a third person was waiting for the fingerprinting service, too. It was turning into musical chairs. When the manager finally did arrive, he was on the phone and took his time to turn on the kiosk. After 10 minutes of fiddling with the kiosk while still talking on the phone and not acknowledging us, the first customer went up and asked him about the status. The manager paused his call and said that he was having trouble with the computer and needed to call technical support. He finally ended his phone conversation and then called tech support. Of course, it took a long time for a representative to even answer the call. During that time, a fourth person came in, I had been waiting for an hour, and the manager was still not acknowledging us or giving an update. He walked around our chairs and helped other customers who came in with packages. The person in front of me eventually gave up and left — he had gone up to the manager several times and kept being told “5 more minutes” despite the clock running. At his last attempt, he was asked if he could stay around the area until 4pm, which would be several hours later. When my patience ran out, I went up to the manager and told him that I wanted to leave my phone number so the store could call me when the kiosk was fixed. Up until then, he hadn’t said a word to me or the two other people behind me, and he certainly was not apologetic or bothered. I had been waiting for over an hour at this point.Five minutes after I had left, the manager called and told me the machine was working again. I drove right back to the UPS and handed him my driver’s license to start the fingerprinting process. He entered something into the kiosk, paused, and then called someone. Then he walked away without a word to help a customer who had just come in with packages. When he came back, I asked him what was happening and he said there was another issue and he was on hold once more for technical support. He then left again to help several people with their packages and absolutely did not acknowledge me or the other two people who had also come back to the store. Finally, I went to the counter and told him that I changed my mind and was leaving. He told me it was okay and that I could come back later in the day to see if the kiosk works. I left and then had to return to the store AGAIN because he still had my driver’s license. This last part is not necessarily his fault, but the entire endeavor took nearly two hours and I still don’t have my fingerprints done.

I used this store to print some birthday posters for an 80th birthday dinner. They were so nice and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make sure it was right and that I was happy with it. Highly recommend.

I decided to go with UPS to et some car decals done for my job and let me be the one to tell you that the service and helpful insight that I got from Cindee, Lea, & Anil made the biggest difference. I had a clear line of communication with them and even got some tips to help the logo stand out better. Just wanted to give a heart warming thankyou to that team!!

Overpriced and Lee was extremely rude and unhelpful, unapologetic.Beware of hidden fees - They charged a $40 "hold" fee for a package that was delivered there for me several days ago. I was not notified it was there - she said she tried calling, when I asked what # she called it was not mine. Wouldn't release the package without me paying the ransomSide note, the young man working greeted me nicely and tried to be helpful but Lee wouldn't let him help me... didn't catch his name but this review is no reflection on him!

One can’t actually do any of the things here that one would need to do in order to use UPS. $3 per page of paper to print their own labels. No UPS bags for resending items. So you have to go home, have craft time, and do it yourself. I’m not a parcel expert and I have no interest in becoming one. Why even have a UPS store? The dream:1)show up with stuff that needs to go somewhere and some form of a shipping label2) stuff goes into some sort of bag/box3) label gets printed and goes on the bag4) I pay some small reasonable fee (given that I’ve already paid for the shipping label itself)5) I leave empty handed
