My son and I had passport appointments scheduled for last week, on February 19. We were ready to leave the house when USPS canceled our appointment due to weather conditions. They said they would call us to reschedule, but that never happened. I lost count of how many times I called the post office, and they NEVER answered the phone. We have an international trip scheduled and need our passports as soon as possible.

The lady clerk (I unfortunately didn't get her name) was pretty rude to me. To the extent of telling another customer "I would've taped her package up too if she didn't have an attitude"....right infront of my face. I asked if she was talking about me, she said "yes" and she's "not the one"...and I was furious and may have used profanity and was asked to leave. Which I understand, because it's not very nice. However, why did all of this happen? Because she didn't know how to use the code Temu gave me for a return and demanded I find the QR code even though the email they sent me said the USPS clerk could use either method. So, I walked away and went to find the QR code in the app somewhere. I didn't say anything nasty to her. I simply walked away after explaing the email says that you can use either and she continued to refuse. She butted in to my conversation the other clerk as he was taping my packaging.....While she was actively working with another customer.....It was completely uncalled for and could've been avoided if she was trained on how to do the returns correctly. I blame a lack of training/management in several aspects. All she had to say is she didn't know how to use the code and asked me to find the QR code. Instead, she was demanding, rude, and apparently incredibly bold to think that I wouldn't stand up for myself. Anyway, this location is trash. I'll never go back.

I made a passport appointment for 2 people, but may have forgot to hit confirm, so it didn't show up. The lady took us anyway and was super fast, efficient, and friendly. Wish I had gotten her name. My 18yr old son is on the spectrum and she was so classy with the extra instruction without being insulting.

Waiting time is long but it's fine since our application was processed/accepted. They allot 15 minutes per applicant so we waited for 2 hours since there are 3 families in line ahead of us. Miss Starlett was very helpful unlike the tall guy from Smyrna Office (who does not want to check the documents I have with me at all). She was very nice and accommodating, and took the time to double check every document I gave her. Brentwood office has definitely better service than the one in Smyrna.

Passport Services.
1. Website states office takes walk-ins from 9a to 12p.
False. They take 15 people.
2. Staff was rude and not organized.
3. There needs to be a sign in the building regarding this or taken off the website.

Very rude and unhelpful. Rolled her eyes and spoke sharply when I smiled and said hello. Printed out a mailing label and crumpled it in front of me. Refused to help me with taping the box when my post office at home has always been kind and helpful with this. Even if there is a policy change or they can’t do that at this location, there is a kind or professional way of saying it. Awful attitude and I’m sure no accountability for that in this job.

EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE. We came here for passport services for our baby. They don't let you book any appointment and said they have walk in appointments on Saturday. We went in the morning and they said they are not doing it. When we asked the people who works there when the services will resume. They said we just have to come next week and see for ourselves.

Passport review. I typically have a great experience here. I have renewed my passport and one of my children’s passports here no problem and the employees are very nice and helpful.
Online it says walk-in appointments are available 9am-12pm. We arrived at 11:50am to one customer standing off to the side filling out paperwork. There were four employees standing at the counter with no customers. One young woman tells me they aren’t taking anymore passport appointments because it’s over at 12pm. I say it’s not 12 yet. She says “It’s 11:50am and we only take 13 customers so you should get here like really early. We open at 6am.” Okay…so if walk-ins are welcome from 9am-12pm how does getting there at 6am help? My complaint is that there were FOUR unoccupied employees and 10 minutes left in the walk-in appointment window. The person who handles the passports wasn’t even her! Why not just help us?

RAE, RAE, RAE, 1st of all, I LOVE MY JOB! 2nd of all, Customer service is the support and assistance a company provides to customers before, during, and after a purchase or interaction with a product or service. You came in with your phone telling me to print your label and that you were told that we would print it. I explained to you that I am unable to print a label that I can scan a QR code that will print a label but you will have to print the label yourself and attach it to the package and I can take the package and give you a receipt. YOU CONTINUED TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT THD SITUATION. So my coworker ALSO tried to explain to you that we are unable to print the label for you and gave you the phone number of our supervisor to call if you have any further questions or need it explained differently. And you replied with, “YOU ALL ARE CRAZY OR HAVING A BAD DAY OR SOMETHING!” So A CUSTOMER ALSO tried to politely explain to you that we were not able to print the label for you, and you STILL INSISTED WE WERE ALL WRONG! And even after all of this when you went to leave I told you, “Have a nice day!” THEN the next day you brought BACK your package and dropped it in the drop box with a printed label taped to the box as you were instructed by me the day before. So PLEASE explain to me how I did not provide you with customer service as the very definition implies above? If you are going to call out someone’s personal name on a media cite please be sure you have a SPECIFIC complaint that pertains to a specific situation that contains facts of the situation. But to try and BLAST a person because you did not like the answer you received is NOT what Google reviews are for.
