Worse company ever to deal with on billing It was a good company until Adapt Healthcare got involved now it’s awful. I’m miserable dealing with this company. This company sends bills to patients not insurance companies. Then they harass you for payment. I’ve been trying since December 2023 to solve an issue and cannot get it solve. My insurance company doesn’t receive the bills I receive so they can pay them. Never dealt with a company like this. Their staff is not always friendly some are just rude when you ask questions they say just pay your bill. Just becareful before selecting this company for medical issues. When you call no one wants to try to resolve issue. Adapt just got involved around June 2023 and since December 2023 I get calls, sometimes 2 calls a day, emails, texts and mail about bills they still have not sent my insurance company. Going to be a long 5 years to have to deal with this company. Please truly becareful dealing with this company. If only I had known how they were to deal with I would have found another company.

The 800 number...specifically Krystal, treats senior citizens Horribly over the phone.During a conversation over a part that had been shipped by mistake, she was absolutely horrible to a 72 year old client.She should be ashamed for speaking to a senior like she did.The manager, Brittany, was only slightly better. She promised to listen to the conversation (as they are supposed to be recorded).If this is a "representative" of your company, you should review your practices.

This business isn't sFIRST OF ALL THEIR CALL CENTER SUCKS, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND A WORD THAT THEY ARE SAYING !!! AND MOST IMPORTANT, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.. THEY FAIL TO PROPERLY BILL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT THE COMPANY NEEDS " DOCUMENTATION", BUT WON'T TELL YOU WHAT KIND OF " DOCUMENTATION" AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A BIL !!!! SO BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!! ending the information to the right billing department, and I am being charged !!!!

Verus Healthcare is a lifesaver! Super helpful and friendly!!!! I was traveling from out of state and found that I had lost my CPAP hose connector. Because I discovered this late in the evening I was unable to use my CPAP after a mostly sleepless night, the next morning I did a web search for a medical equipment provider and find Verus. Close by, I stopped at their office. Such wonderfully kind people. They were able to quickly find the part I needed and send me on my way!!! I'll definitely use them again.Thanks so much to the team at Verus!!!!

Can't get an order right. Send anything and make me work it out. Ordered the same equipment for years and they change my stuff without my consent. Worst place to deal with. Do not use verus healthcare !!!

Verus Healthcare and adapt health have terrible billing practices. They tell you that you are eligible for replacement items and provide the list of the things you are eligible for even though you are not eligible for these items. They then bill you for 2 items at a time causing more than 1 insurance deductible to be paid and multiple checks sent or online payments. My current bill lists a rental which is incorrect as I am renting nothing from them. They will blame the insurance company even though Verus says you are eligible when you’re not. This creates a huge waste of paper and time. I don’t have or want to spend the time needed to deal with this company. I want to buy and then pay for what I received 1 time instead of multiple phone calls, billing payments and mail received. And I don’t want to pay more than 1 deductible for 1 purchase. I really need to be reimbursed for the second deductible.

I would never use this company again. After ordering a C-PAP machine almost a year ago, last August I received an email that my order was being shipped. It never came. After multiple calls over the last 8 months, I was finally told today that my insurance is out of network, and that somebody should have called me. Thanks SOMEBODY for not calling and jeopardizing my health care!!!!

Customer service is poor to none. The customer service representative tried to tell me there is no difference between ResMed Air Sense10 and Res Med Air Sense11. I asked her when did she become a Respiratory Care Practitioner. I suggested she stay in her lane. They claim they do not have Res Med Air Sense11 in stock. They are unable to provide information regarding anticipated availability. They were trying to convince me to take the RES MED AS 10 which I have and I am using. This appears to be a comedy of errors. Time to exit stage left. A supervisor, Brandy did follow up, after I stated, I would go with another company. The owner's reply is the same to each complaint regarding service.
