Spoke to Maria on the phone to let her know I was stuck in traffic and rain and that I would be there one minute after closing. She said too bad, we won't be able to help you. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2000 and have multiple accounts with WF. Her terrible customer service and attitude make me want to move my money elsewhere.

Terrible. My husband and I went in to make a deposit. My husband asked to use the bathroom and Nina told us we had to wait in line to make the deposit before he could go to the bathroom. She also had the nerve to ask if the check I was depositing (Which was from my mom) was signed by me. Not endorsed on the back but the signature on the front. I'll drive to cool springs or green hills from now on.

Friendly staff and the excellent service I'm used to from Wells Fargo. This location is a little hidden by trees, so keep a close eye out if it's your first time going! ATM
