Update- Wells Fargo will not change a name from 15 years ago. However, new account brought in under different/updated married name They "say, they escalated " my concern. However in reality -they have not. So, they will loose another customer. Wonder why?

Spoke to Maria on the phone to let her know I was stuck in traffic and rain and that I would be there one minute after closing. She said too bad, we won't be able to help you. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2000 and have multiple accounts with WF. Her terrible customer service and attitude make me want to move my money elsewhere.

This branch was closed for several weeks recently without explanation. It is open again but you have to make an appointment to go inside. I tried to do a transaction through the drive thru today and had to wait for 20 minutes while the 2 people inside tries to figure it out. I finally had to ask to get my card and ID back and went to another branch 20 minutes away where they could do it. Very frustrating. If you are open then have the appropriate people trained on how to service your customers.

Jennifer the branch manager is a serious problem. As a business man of 20 plus years I have never encountered such person. First of all she has no right to go ideation q customer like she has done to me today. She has over stepped her authority questioning me on how and why I pay for my suppliers. She also questions me in front of my employees. I surely hope the executive branch sees this review and contacts me at once. If I was. Looking for customer service do not go to this branch. Wells Fargo itself as a bank has been good to us. Unfortunately this branch manager and branch needs oversight.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I did not know that I needed to set an appointment before coming to this location, so I called and they were able to see me right away. I especially appreciate the precautions that they are taking to keep everything sanitized and clean.

I don't hesitate to post this high praise for Tesla, the branch manager at this Wells Fargo. In this time of distance and pandemic, she made my experience far and away easy and enjoyable.

So far, every time I have gone by it has been a great experience. Very little wait and everyone quite attentive. Yesterday I used the drive thru and was taken care of by Tanya. She was amazing and boy was I a pain! I kept forgetting things, got mixed with what I needed and through it all she kept a smile on her face and willingness to make sure I was a happy customer. Thanks WF! Just wish you had more Nash locations!
