I have lived on Brighton clopton rd for 28 years. On multible occations I have outher peoples mail delivered to me. Yesterday one of my medications was shown to have been delivered to my mail box. You guessed it . It wasn't there. The Brighton post office no longer has a phone number to call them. So I had to go to there building to inform them of my problem. After 15 min. she told me what I had already told her. She then took my phone number and said she would look into it and call me back. As I suspected,that was only to get eid of me. She never called me back. I am 80 years old and have lived at many addresses in the sates.,and NEVER had a problem with my mail.If i could give them a minus 5 star I would.

We had some very important packages out for delivery today and two were without issue. However, the other two said "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible", which is a lie. The other two packages would not fit into my mailbox, and I have an extra large one because of their previous incompetence. They were just too lazy to come to my house and put all the packages on my porch. This has happened numerous times and it's aggravating that there is no other alternative.

No mail delivery for 5 days now (4 if you leave out sunday). Had an important letter needing to be picked up since Friday, it is now Tuesday.

The worst delivery. They lose more than they deliver. I have a package that was tracked to Brighton facility on time. Five days later still no package at MY house!?

I'm so tired of our post office not doing their job, they are putting all of my neighbors mail in my box and my neighbor said she's not even getting her mail. Then we have issues with our mail not being picked up out of our boxes. This is getting to be out of hand. If you don't want to do your job the post office needs to find someone that will..... I have been in my house 9 years and never had issues until this year..... Lancaster Neighborhood would love for you to correct these issues with whomever handles that route..... I mailed my mother's birthday card 2 weeks ago and till this day she has not received it.....Debbie

Worst customer service ever. Inconsistent mail delivery. One day they will deliver your package, the next day they won't, and leave no notice when they don't. I will be filing a complaint today and every day they don't deliver my mail with the US Postmaster General. I suggest everyone else do the same

This location is absolutely ridiculous. Service is the worst. Had a total of FIVE packages out for delivery one of which was diabetes medication and NONE of the 5 were delivered. When I ask about them to the mail currier she said we're just trying to sort everything out..? And that I should receive by the end of the day. Why is the world would it say out for delivery if they were still trying to "sort everything out" and when did they start running two times a day?? I seriously doubt I will be getting them by the end of the day if she just came through. Not happy to say the least!

This post office has LAZY mail delivery drivers. Today I had a parcel to be mailed out so my flag was up. They did get it but this is not my issue. They also delivered some packages at my front door. On top of these packages they placed all my mail such as envelopes and flyers. when I arrived home I had mail ALL OVER MY LAWN. why did they not place these letters and flyers in my box when they retrieved my mail from the box, THEY WHERE THERE AT THE BOX. God forbid you have to do your job correctly. Also the only time I ever have packages come up missing is when They deliver them. It's a pattern documented with Amazon more than once. through venting now have a nice day.

Was simply calling because we were supposed to have a package express one day shipped and it has not arrived. I called to see if I could find it didn’t have the tracking number so I called back it was last scanned at 11 pm the day before 4/12 so I was calling back to see if I could leave my telephone number so they could call me because it has an important document inside and the woman I got on the phone with was rude as she could be . Would never have my mail in this post office if it was at all possible. Terrible experience every single time I speak or go to this place.

Constantly places packages in inappropriate locations, and has now made a package that was "out for delivery" disappear. Does not have a local contact number to get ahold of the people who are actually responsible.

The women with short red hair is awful. She's very rude, belittling and. disrespectful. If you have a problem oh well they won't do a thing about it. I got A PO Box and they continue to deliver mail to my old address. It doesn't matter if you tell them either because they don't care. This is the worst one I've ever been to and the staff needs some training on how to be professional.
