“Fixed a vehicle for my daughter that had been in a rear end wreck. Took 4 weeks to repair but that was understandable considering had to wait for parts to be delivered, and such, so no big deal. Would recommend this collision repair shop for any of your repairs. They are very nice, keep you informed of the process, upfront with price of repairs and estimates. Overall easy process. Especially Josh who was very professional and helpful each time I spoke with him on the phone. When we picked up the vehicle it was very clean inside and out. Everything was repaired perfectly.”

“I’m so glad I found this place, I recently bought my teenage Daughter a used car and after a few months of having it, her check engine light came on. I took it by and David has a computer he hooked up to it to get a comprehensive reading. It cost $70 and he printed out a report of all the issues. We have taken her car there for 2 separate services and have been very pleased with their work and how honest & thorough they are. They have saved us a lot of money and done very good work. “We were coming home from Georgia on our way to back to PA and near Erwin we had an overheating issue. Our coach was towed their and as soon as it arrived, they inspected to determine the issue. It was the water pump. They worked well with our Extended Warranty Company. Frankly I haven't come across a more hardworking and trustworthy company. They really do care about the customer. I was saying to my wife that it would be so nice if we were closer. It's 9 hours away in the coach. She responded maybe we can have our vacations go through Bristol”

( brakes and o2 sensor ) And they have always done great work and very reasonable on pricing. It has gotten hard to find good mechanics around bristol but I believe I've found my go to shop.”

I I had initially called ahead and spoke with Joe. He gave me so much information and was very kind to help. So I decided to come into the store to buy the replacements. Both of these gentlemen jumped in and got my lights switched out in a hurry! I wish every employee everywhere was as kind and helpful and awesome as these guys, thanks!”

“They can make any color you can imagine and probably some you can't to. But your going to pay dearly depending on the color. For instance if you need Chevrolet ( Pull Me over Red ) $600 and up depending how you want it mixed. But the mix is spot on..”
“Contrary to Aaron's review I can assure you this location is real and the entrance is the front of the building up the steps. I do recommend you call in advance to order your parts it is a smaller location than others so they can't keep everything on site.”
“Chris and Mike were awesome. I called ahead to verify Saturday hours and that I could bring in a truck for an inspection. Day of, I walked right in and they took care of the inspection in under 30 minutes. These guys were super funny and very respectful. I actually enjoyed the experience. Thanks guys!”
