“Mine was only a small problem. The right side front air dam was pulled lose on the end. Not a big issue, but I was worried about taking it thru the car wash with it lose. They fixed it right there and then. Only 10 minutes or so of his time, but made me feel so much better about the car wash as well as an upcoming trip to Florida (worried the long drive would shake it off more). Everyone was friendly and, very importantly, didn't just blow it off like I was silly for being concerned about something so trivial. Definitely recommend them!Service: Body & Trim”

“WOW! WOW WOW My Motorhome was stranded. We could not find a tow truck that could take it to the facility. They did above and beyond anything that we could have expected or asked for. I know its not feasible for them to do this this fast and especially during closed business hours. They got the parts installed them and got my motorhome on its way back to Pennsylvania. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PLACE IN THE BRISTOL, TN BRISTOL VA AREA. There is a reason they have 5 stars. And that is why we called them! and they serve the King. The King of Kings, the Alpha and Omega! If you see anything other than 5 stars in the future, reject it, it will never be true. “I came in with two lights out on my Hyundai, Joe and Kenny went so above and beyond in helping get me back on the road! It was a slower night for business, close to closing time. I I had initially called ahead and spoke with Joe. He gave me so much information and was very kind to help. So I decided to come into the store to buy the replacements. “They can make any color you can imagine and probably some you can't to. But your going to pay dearly depending on the color. For instance if you need Chevrolet ( Pull Me over Red ) $600 and up depending how you want it mixed. But the mix is spot on..”
“They helped us out so much! Got a nail in our tire and they were able to patch our tire just for fifty, we were so relieved to find out we didn't have to pay for a whole new tire.”
“Contrary to Aaron's review I can assure you this location is real and the entrance is the front of the building up the steps. I do recommend you call in advance to order your parts it is a smaller location than others so they can't keep everything on site.”
