Best boost i've ever been to! Within 1 hr Tye helped me solve a situation that had lasted 3 months dealing with their customer service representatives. Which had told me that there was nothing that they could do to help me. If you're having issues with your service, phone or the customer service representatives over the phone or in the chat... Go to this store and Tye will help you! He's the best!

Romeo was very patient while my kiddo ran around and even gave him a random balloon? got an upgrade and didn't take long, he even put my screen protector on for me without me having to ask. Very friendly, just need a few more phone cases to pick from ?

Areyanna District Manager was working at this store today and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was very professional, courteous helpful, and gave great information. She expedited all the customers quickly. Boost is lucky to have such a great manager who is definitely a shining example of an amazing representative for Boost Mobile and should be rewarded for being such an excellent employee as well as manager for this company. Thank you Boost for having such an amazing manager as Areyanna.
