You know, one thing we often overlook is great service. I want to recognize a gentleman at the Boot Barn at the Pinnacle in Bristol—his name is David. Every time I walk in, he’s not just helpful and kind—he puts a “why” behind everything.
He doesn’t just sell you a product. As he helped me with proper boot stretching. He takes the time to explain why something works, why it’s a better fit, and why it matters for you. That kind of thoughtful, customer-focused service makes a huge difference. You leave not just with a purchase, but with confidence in what you’re buying.
David is excellent. We need millions more like him in customer service—people who listen, explain, and genuinely care.

Boot Barn is the best place to shop for Western attire. They have a good variety of sizes and designers. The staff at this particular Boot Barn are always helpful and kind.

On 4-6-2024, I took my grandson to Boot Barn to get him a pair of boots. I asked a worker for some help I needed to see what size he wore. She told me that the silver things in the floor was to size his foot. So I finally figured out how to work it. He found 2 different boots he liked but didn't have his size out, so I had to find someone to help, three of them were standing behind the counter doing nothing, so I took the boots up their and asked if they would have any more in the back. One of the girls looked at me and replied no all the boots are out. Then
