“Had my windshield replaced. Total time estimated was 1 hour. Thereof 30 minutes for labor installing the windshield, and 30 minutes for checking, and possible recalibration of the camera.\nBristol Auto Glass charged me $250 for the recalibration process, which took a maximum of 30 minutes.\nThat’s an hourly rate of $500!\nThey said that’s what businesses charge around here.\nThis is outrageous!.\nStay away from this business”

“I had Safelite come to my house to repair a small rock chip in my van and replace the windshield in my Honda Element. Both service techs showed up within their designated time frame, both were courteous, and both seemed to be competent. Unfortunately, I noticed, after the fact, that my Honda Element had a couple of scratches on the new windshield. When I called the office there was no argument about it; they immediately scheduled a date to replace the windshield. I feel confident that it will be addressed to my satisfaction. I also appreciate the convenience of having them come to my home since I live about 60+ miles from their service center.”
