“Best customer services I’ve had shopping. My 4yr was very angry and they kept him occupied playing with him and helped pick his school clothes out. Made shopping easy instead of miserable on 8-30”

“I was shopping at the Pinnacle store in Bristol Tn. I would like to showcase Sasha and Sarah. These two women provided exemplary customer service. They were actually interested in what i was looking for and HELPED me put several outfits together. There isn't many stores that have employees that go above and beyond for their customers the way the ladies do. I will shop here again.”

“The staff were super helpful in finding the correct sizes in store. Ordered the ones not available. Great sale promotions. No pushy sales. Organized very neatly. Great energy. Helped us with some deals we almost missed.”
