I ordered a bottle of the jerk sauce online. The package got sent to the wrong address and I was contacted via email to correct the order. I confirmed address and also let them know this sauce has been literally the only pregnancy craving I have had and that the nearest cootie browns is an 8 hour drive for me. Well today I received my package and they sent me two bottles, I seriously cried. Thank you cootie browns and associates, yall seriously made my day today.

Place is really cute but the overall experience is lacking. The seating was really uncomfortable. Our waitress did the bare minimum. Food was overpriced and wasn't all that great to just okay.

Didn't care for the food or selection. Got the Club Sanwhich because they wouldn't prepare a premium burger medium. The club was heated and didn't taste the best.

Fantastic service! Our waitress was on point. Food was very good. We had a ribeye with brussel sprouts and artichoke and spinach, blackened yellow fin tuna with baked potato and mashed potato, wings, chips, and tacos.

Cootie Brown’s makes one heck of a great Reuben sandwich. I had mine New York style which has extra corned beef and sauerkraut, and it was massive, I could only eat half of it. One of the things I like the most about Cootie Brown’s aside from the great food is their consistency. In all the times I’ve visited, I always know what to expect. The staff is very friendly and courteous as well. I had my mom with me who is wheelchair bound and they all went out of their way to be helpful. Cootie Brown’s remains one of my favorite restaurants for a delicious and reasonably priced meal.

All of the locations are great, but this happens to be the one I've tried most recently. If you're from out of town and looking for somewhere local, stop your search now and just go to Cootie Brown's. This is an awesome spot with a bunch of different foods, and I think they're still locally owned. I've dined in and ordered takeout multiple times and everything I've tried has been awesome. Standouts have been the tamales and the pulled pork. For a restaurant that has a rather large menu, they do some of the best pulled pork I've had anywhere. The soups are great as well.

Great service. Food was good, but the food is a little bit pricey for what I like to pay. Italian sub for me.

Moved to the area a few weeks ago and decided to eat at the Cootie Brown's in Johnson City (have been there twice). Service was great, food was ok. Went to the Bristol location last night and again, service was great (Sara), but food was disappointing. My wife tried the fish tacos which were just ok, but my "club" sandwich was a big letdown - should have sent it back. There were a ton of chopped tomatoes but hardly any meat. I mean like maybe one slice of ham and turkey folded over, a thin piece of bacon (mostly fat) and some gooey American cheese. It was served on a weird giant burger bun that was slightly crunchy (toasted a bit?). I've had more than a few club sandwiches in my day, and this was the least memorable. At the other location, I had the pulled pork on nachos (decent although cheese wasn't even melted) and we tried the pizza, which we would opt for if we go back.We tried the "famous" key lime pie for dessert. Hmmmm, interesting. I'm glad we tried it before spending way too much to have one shipped to mom.
