The room we were given wreaked of smoke and mildew though it was supposedly a non-smoking room. The floor looked so gross I didn't even want to sit my bag down and the room was hot. I went to the desk and asked for a non smoking room. He said I was in one so I just asked for a refund. He barely knew how to work his computer or count change. I will not be staying at Days Inn again!

At first glance we were thinking that maybe we had made an error by booking a room here. The building was well worn and very basic. We entered the room and found it renovated and clean. We booked in booking dot com. For the price we were satisfied. When most hotels have raised there rates out of site, this was affordable. As my brother in law used to say “we are not buying the place just spending the night”. Breakfast which was provided was nothing special. The high point was fresh bagels. The pros was that the rooms did not smell like stale cigarettes, it was clean, reasonably priced, quiet, with new tv, refrigerator, new heating system, iron with ironing board, and microwave. The cons were the skimpy breakfast, and nothing fancy. Overall for the price we felt that we got our value. In summary basic quiet room with some conveniences for an affordable price. If one is looking for a five star hotel it won’t be found here, however a good quiet night sleep you will get for a reasonable price can be found here. It will come down to what’s important to you!

Room was dirty, floor, sheets, shower and old. Real deception we paid more than 300$ for the room!!!An old motel would have been acceptable, but cleanliness was a lot less than average.

We wanted to be able to go to the casino and we are Wyndham's rewards members and unfortunately for us this is the closest place to the casino that is Windham. The rooms are really run down and seriously need updated. The building is falling apart and I do not exaggerate when I say this.

The buildings had mold, wood falling down in places, allows pets and smells like it, there was dog hair all over our room had to get my son allergy medicine cause his eyes got swollen and he couldn’t stop sneezing. Bathroom looked pretty banged up and we had problems with our keys. I won’t stay at another days inn they all seem to be this way I will say they have people there fixing it but we’ll go somewhere else next time.

Room was not clean. Floor needed sweeping and mopping, sheets dirty, tub dirty. If I ever have to stay at this place again I will know to bring my cleaning supplies with me.Noteworthy details: We was here for a family emergency.

Sheets were stained, bugs, not clean, had a bad rain storm and room flooded at the door, service was terrible they expected us to mop up the water and change the sheets. Floor dirty, staff had terrible attitudes.

What a disappointment this place is/was. Wyndham-associated properties came highly recommended by a friend and we took her suggestion to stay there. BIG MISTAKE. Let's start with the lobby, which, in my opinion, is the welcoming center for the hotel. It was dirty, with vending machines that were out of order, furniture strewn haphazardly and plexi-glass guards seemingly thoughtlessly hung in an effort to comply with some covid mandate that was established a while ago. Going upstairs toward our room, there was construction material in the walkway that had been there for some time, as evidenced by the amount of dirt/dust on the items and the ground. We found our room dirty. I don't think the carpets have been cleaned since they were installed decades ago. That goes for the curtains, too. The tub/shower combination was really dirty. My wife finally told me that she could not, in good conscience, bring our suitcases and clean clothes into this room. It was that bad. For me, the frosting on the cake was when I looked into the parking lot. There was a woman in a car lighting what appeared to be a crack pipe. Also, this hotel is apparently being used as a long-term, temporary shelter for some. The pool was empty and looked as if it hadn't been used in quite some time, while the marquis on the front billboard still had holiday greetings displayed (it was June!) All this for $175.00/night. The only bright spot was when I went back to the desk clerk and explained that we wouldn't be staying there and asked him for a refund. He responded, "I got you, man" and issued a credit for the room, without hesitation. This hotel is worthy of a -0- star rating. Wyndham should look into this hotel. Having your name associated with this place can't be good for business. From this experience, Wyndham-associated properties won't be on our list of places to stay in the future.

FILTHY room.We booked it last minute on a long road trip and thought it looked nicer. But the room smelled bad, wasn’t clean, and there were people hanging outside who were not great company. Definitely wasn’t worth the money.I felt so unsettled that we left at 5AM.Safety: I was afraid to leave my car that was parked lees than 8 ft from our hotel room door.We also felt worried about someone breaking in through the door or thin glass.

Our room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The advertisement said they had breakfast. We were so disappointed when all they had were some little dry pastries. There was a lot of noise during the night.Rooms: Clean, comfortable.
