Very friendly folks, always eager to serve a customer and help them find anything they need. Unfortunately I feel like they are short-handed because they don't have their shelves stopped as much as the other location in Bristol off the Volunteer Parkway there's shelves are always stocked and always have the product they're supposed to carry.

Of 2 bathrooms, 1 was Out Of Order and 1 was locked because "it has merchandise in it". Generally, tho, it's well kempt, staff is decent, and hard to complain after watching a Jon Oliver segment on Dollar Stores.

They have a pretty good selection of new things in stock but I’m appalled at how filthy and disgusting their parking lot is. There is trash EVERYWHERE, it looks like a landfill. They need to hire someone to clean up and pressure wash their parking area because it looks trashy especially when you add in all the scraggly homeless people who hang around there.
