This was like our 7th time visiting this store and the first time that someone acted like they weren't put out to ring up our purchases. Actually friendly. You can find good quality clothing here at good prices so it's worth stopping in.

This was a terrible shopping experience. We were the only shoppers there and we were completely ignored by the sales assistant who was on her phone the whole time. I asked to use their restroom and was told I could go to Old Navy which is pretty sad considering how much money I have spent here over the years. This location at the Pinnacle needs to step it up in their customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years and left feeling very frustrated.

This location at the pinnacle, is the worst! Brittany the store manager is horrible! As is her creepy assistant, Russell! So i would be extra careful going in there, you may hear how much she hates the world, job, and more, Russel on the other hand stares you up and down girls, and talks so low you can’t understand him. Brittany can’t keep people hired for no longer than 2 and a half weeks, no one can stand to work there with HER! ? just a warning! ??♀️
