Omg the biggest joke of a business, customer service don’t know how to do anything or find anything the drivers lie. So Bristol TN drivers Joshua or Trevor we have waited for a week and y’all keep saying that yall came by well today we waited and waited and watched then a phone call from Joshua, left a voicemail, said they tried and nobody was home. So whomever Joshua and Trevor is in the tri cities of TN, do your job stop lying to customers…….just a joke

I realize the 15th and 16th delayed packages but heritage is the 19th of Jan 2024 but this is ridiculous. Where is our package for 3 days it's been on the truck buy it still hasn't arrived.
