Called 1 day before making the appointment at 8 pm, no problem. Had to finish on tax due day 7 pm appointment for signing, again, no problem. The best customer service, and I needed help!

Only reason I went to Jackson Hewitt was the early refund advance which I haven’t been approved for since they switched to republic bank so I’m not happy with paying 500 or so dollars to get my taxes for what, nothing. This will be my last yr with them and that is only because they already filed them. However Donna the lady that done taxes was absolutely wonderful and so helpful and the best tax preparer in Jackson Hewitt I have seen in the last 4/5 yrs with them.!b

I give a star for the following reason, very good and Quick service, the lady was all love, I was very expensive, I went with them because I had to buy, I first searched the internet and the service starts according to the website at $59 dollars, I was only going to claim the credit for missing children and they charged me $367 dollars for just attaching a piece of paper, in my opinion it is an abuse, a lack of respect and even a butla, I already have the experience for my next time, think about it well before do the taxes with them, otherwise everything is wonderful PS don't believe everything that comes out on the internet.
