“Lynn was fantastic! She was so patient with my indecisiveness and showed me many options. She also suggested that I try the pendant on a different chain because I wasn't sure about the yellow gold. I had my 2 young kids with me, and another employee was so sweet showing them how they clean the jewelry and answering their 10,000 questions. The store was clean and inviting, and The Pinnacle has a lot of great stores. I would definitely return to this Kay's!”
