“From start to finish, my experience with Grand Home Furnishings was excellent. Dustin is an outstanding, friendly, people oriented sales representative. He was helpful, never pushy, and made the transaction seamless. Delivery was lightning fast. The delivery team (Shane & Hayden) professional and courteous. Couldn't be more happy with my purchase or this experience. It's normal to visit different locations for what your seeking in furniture. After this purchase, Grand will certainly be a first stop. 5 Stars.”

“A great place with fantastic service. Diana and the team even stayed late waiting for me to get thru traffic. They saved my week but more importantly my wife's happiness, which is the secret to outrunning heart attacks! Third time going to this Bristol VA location and they never let me down. Never giving my business to anyone else!”

“This place is wonderful!!! We saved sooo much money! We went to a few other places in the area that were outrageous for a mattress! We found exactly what we needed here. We have had our nectar mattress and adjustable base for about a month now and it’s wonderful!! Highly recommend shopping here!”
