Hello everyone that works at Knoxville Credit Union and want to thank you all for giving me a loan to buy this very nice Ford f150 super crew cab truck ..I have never tried to get a loan with you all before but did try at Eastman Credit Union 3 times and was turned down but the car salesman asked if I tried getting a loan with them before and said no so he tried and just in a matter of minutes the loan was approved...easiest place ever to get a vehicle loan at...hope they will stay in business because for now on this is the place am going to ask before asking anybody else so thank you all for letting me buy the nicest Ford truck that I have ever had ...so if someone is reading this please check this guy's out first ....best place in this area to get a loan with cheap payments .. thank you all again for everything

Highly recommend the Volunteer Parkway branch. Extremely easy to work with, staff is always friendly and helpful. We’ve processed multiple loans with Nancy with ease.

The business it’s self is great friendly and reliable. The app on the other hand is my issue it never works when you need it. It always has maintenance being done. If y’all can keep it working without all that for awhile it would be great.

I have been a member of this bank for several years now and I've never had any issues with them . ALL the employees are so friendly and always willing to help you in anyway they can. I rate them a 10 all day long.

Lisa and Nancy are great women who care about your interest first. They have helped work with me over the course of 2 auto loans a total loss and now a 3rd auto loan. 2 great women who represent the company extremely well! Thank you 2!

Very helpful bank with nice staff. They have by far given us the best APR on our auto loan over everyone else that we have used in 10 years! So to me, they have earned my trust and will receive as much of much business and accounts as I can give. I also have to say that when my wife opened our business right down they road, they came in and just introduced themselves and left us a ton of really nice gift bags with note pads, ink pens, magnets etc and never tried to be pushy about opening accounts like we usually encounter. Instead, they just said hi and nice to have you in the area and that immediately earned my respect and ended up with us utilizing their services. Still a 5 star rating but I really really wish their mobile app was more up to date with better features because I’m huge with having all my accounts and functionality all through mobile. It’s totally ok though because it only forces me to remain grounded and enjoy making face to face contact. Thanks Knox TVA for what you do for us!

Currently I am a member of this credit union, and have always been more than satisfied with their customer service. Since the merger has occurred with Knoxville TVA, I have noticed a great decline in everything except the rates. I signed up with Mountain Lakes not only due to their extremely low and competitive rates, but because they were cordial on all accounts. Since the merger, I have noticed when going through their site that the rates I received are not in the vicinity of what new members will be receiving. Additionally, I had received a notice in the mail on August the 24th, stating I had a delinquent account. Of course after discussion, we found out that I had sent a check that was 8 dollars short (entirely by accident of course). When I ask to pay over the phone, they want to charge me 15 dollars. 15 dollars for an 8 dollar balance. A balance that is supposedly due by the 30th or my credit gets a hit. Also, the notification I was sent was dated for Aug. 16th. Which means it took over a week to make it less than an hour away? I don't believe so.

Nice people and good rates. Also a very new and clean place for your credit and it's Federal Credit Union is what f c u stand for ...so it is a type of credit lending company for all your needs and they have really really good rats like I said before also no try them before you go anywhere else because they like I said good rates equals happy people thank you.
