I am scared of needles and have had bad experiences with this. This woman hit it, drew the blood and I never felt it! She didn't leave a bruise! She made my day 💕

I was late for my appointment, and had a devil of a time either re-registering as a walk in or rescheduling with the kiosk.
Fortunately, one of the phlebotomists came out, and helped, then immediately took me back, as there was no one else waiting. She really saved the day, and it was way appreciated for her to help
