I really loved storing my stuff here. No hoops or bs to deal with and the staff was always friendly!! It is clean and better kept than any others I have stored with!! Will definitely use again!

We used Stow Away for four months while moving and the entire experience was great. The facility is clean, well lit, easily accessible, and they provide plenty of carts and bins for moving your belongings. The staff were always very polite and helpful and this is a very well run business.
It's not the cheapest option out there but the facility is very secure and the level of convenience and service justifies the price!
I would not hesitate to use Stow Away again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends!

I’ll try to make this as quick as possible. I have two storage units. One at this location, and another one at a totally different location and company. I was confused on my payments and called this location thinking it was the other one. The man at this location offered to drive by the other location to see if there was a phone number on the door because the one I had wasn’t working. I’m out of town so he offered to do this for me. I was surprisingly shocked that there are still people this friendly and kind. I’ve only spoke with this man one time when I originally got the building, I’m sure he doesn’t even remember who I am, yet he still offered to drive by the other place where he doesn’t work or his company does not own to do this for me! The best part is he didn’t even act like it was a big deal for him to offer, he said it was on his way home! I just can say enough, it brought tears to my eyes. As far as the building goes, I love it! I travel for work, so I’m in and out of town and when I need something out of the building, I want to be able to get it at my convenience at any time of day and I want to feel safe doing it. I have always felt safe, it’s clean, they provide carts, temperature controlled, it’s just all around very convenient and trustworthy. As soon as I’m back in town, I will be moving my things from the other storage unit into this unit. So thanks for making my life a little easier by easing my stress:-)

It’s a nice place and secure but expensive! Be aware before renting a unit here that they Do NOT refund you if you move out before your due date. I moved out 10 days early and did not get any money back except for my $15 deposit. They said they do not prorate if you move out early. I won’t be using them anymore!! I have always gotten money back when moving out early at other storage facilities.

My company rented me a unit here and I must say how impressed I have been with the facility and their employees. Very helpful. They offer hand carts to use to help you transport your items. The facility itself has a fantastic oversized elevator and the units are very secure and climate controlled. I am very impressed that Bristol has this type of unit, and lucky my company rented this for my supplies.
