First time at Total Image and will be my last. I previously called and asked if they cut hair on a 1 year old and the lady said yes and scheduled me at 9:30 with Cindy. When we arrived at 9:25, the first words out of Cindy’s mouth was “I don’t normally cut moving targets, do you think he will sit still?” If that wasn’t inviting enough, we had to sit there for 30 minutes waiting. My son has had 3 previous haircuts and this was the most traumatic one. He cried almost the whole time and she didn’t allow for a breather or work with him well enough. A one year old is going to move and turn and you can’t hold their hair when they jerk and pull. She rudely asked if I wanted change back when paying also.

Had my hair cut and colored by April my hair is not colored right and it's also not cut right my bangs are too far back cut into my hair.And she colored it again too fix what she messed up and it's not any better. She also cut my daughter's hair and her hair is still not right.Never again!!

Starting with how friendly everyone is in the salon, April did an amazing job. I went to do my retouch of highlights, April not only did the retouch she also fixed the color doing lowlights in between, trimmed the hair perfectly. I'm very happy with the results. I definitely recommend her.
English- April was very kind, the work was done better than what I asked for, highlight retouching and color adjustment on the tips, haircut and the price was very affordable. I recommend it!

Cindy is the absolute best! I came in told her what I wanted to achieve and she gave me her honest opinion and we went from there. I have very thick and naturally curly hair.
