Been here for almost 30yrs they have always treated me fair. Doug in the loan department is one of the best people I have ever dealt with. The tellers Jessica and Shelly are always very nice and professional when I'm dealing with them. Never change to another bank....

Their coin machine is always broken. I called ahead this time to make sure it was working before I drove all the way out there. They said it was working, so I drove out there. I get there and it’s still BROKEN. What?!?

Terrible customer experience absolutely worst customer service. Charges fees on fees…. Our account went -15.00…. Over 1 transaction and ended having to pay 150 fees…. Ridiculous doesn’t even cover it…. But that’s not the end of it I go today to bring our account current cause we finally have some money and they closed my checking account…. Another $20 fee because they had to close it…. I call customer service and after being with them for over 5 years and never having an issue with account… I was advised that they sent me a letter asking me to bring it current…. That was the response well sir we mailed you a letter…. So for over drafting my account $15… I was charged over $170 in total fees for that 1 transaction…. Oh and the only account you can have with us now is a savings… That is straight up predatory and kicking a person when they are down they don’t care about their customers just how many fees that can get from and when you…. Pathetic pathetic pathetic!!!! If you are reading this and thinking about banking with these crooks please for love of god find another bank to go to!!!!

Used to be a great credit union untill they got a new prsident. For the past couple of years I fell behind on my mortgage and car payments due to the pandemic. I had to let the car go back and they threatened to take my home several times. I always caught the payments up to keep from loosing my home witch was a miracle considering I couldn't hardly find work in the pandemic. Took a huge pay cut to start working again but still struggled to make all payments. The only help offered was a payment plan to get caught up but they wanted over a 1000 dollars a month until caught up. That's insane. They are not bound by the laws set by Congress through the pandemic because they are a credit union not a bank to my understanding. I will not recommend them to no one in the future. They used to care for people but now they only see numbers and that's all they care about

So my husband and I are on vacation.. I didn’t bring my debit card so we would just use his. Not so much! He had not used that debit card in a year so they cancelled it without our knowledge. No letter, email or text. Not happy customers! I’ve been with USFCU for over 20 years. Time to start looking elsewhere.
