Came in for a gel pedicure and asked for my toenails to stay square. The tech ignored my request and cut them round even after I spoke up twice. The manager agreed it wasn’t done right, and tried to file them but it was too late to fix. I refused polish, and they still tried to charge me $15 for this awful cut. It was also very clear that they were talking badly about me.

My bloody nail is still on the floor. I bled all over the station, the woman. No clean up. No first aid. Just slapped a nail on it then kept asking if the chemical in the very open wound burned. They immediately sat someone at the station after me and started to use my bloody tools on her. I said something to the entire salon and left. This place isnt just awful atmosphere, its a biohazard for self care.

Went for a pedicure and the gentleman doing it did not remove the cuticle skin. He did not massage or even attempt to put any lotion on my feet or legs. He didn't speak one word and some other lady quickly painted my toes and did not offer to do any of the above. Was my first time there since we moved here from Florida and I will not be back. If you want a good pedicure DO NOT GO HERE

I walked in close to closing and they got me in & my toddler. They were fast and the nails looked great & were sweet to my daughter who also got her nails and toes done.
It’s been over a month & the nails are still on. I will be going back for sure for a fill
