They internet posted hours arent the same hours on the door. They follow their own and seem to be closed freqently when the door says theyre to be open. Complete waste.

I got a letter in my mailbox saying my box was full and go to the post office to pick my mail up, but no address of which usps. I came to this one at 11 am, and saw someone inside while I was walking up, but when I got inside the door was locked and saw the person go out the back door through the glass. It shouldn’t have been closing for lunch for another 30min. No wonder it has such a poor rating.

Got a sorry we missed u notice in my mailbox on Dec 12. They never came to my door I have 2 cameras at my door. No one came. Been trying for 2 days to contact USPS, I can't get an answer and I can't get to the USPS. I can't even make a complaint . Isn't this fraud.it may be the post office on 6 th street. I can't get an answer

Poor guy works in there by himself. He is so nice! I doubt I would be considering his working conditions. The office closes for his lunch break but people are still packed in there delaying him. He’s such a kind man! Very helpful.

Absolutely trash they actually close at 1115 to whenever they want to come back....walked in at 1116 and it was locked already don't waste your time here

I just want to thank the lady who is always working when I come in. I rarely leave my house anymore and I really apperciate her kindness. I was worried they were gna give me a hard time because my printer wouldnt work n i had to go to the libraryWell it printed a label size of the paper LOL. Thank you for always being kind

Getting lots of mail that is not ours every single day including people's medication. Called to complain or at least let someone know using the phone number linked from the USPS website and it's disconnected. What's going on here anyway?

the man that works here with the long gray hair/ponytail is extremely rude. on top of the already limited hours of operation, whenever he is working he is missing TWO of those hours at least! he puts signs on the door that say he will be back “around” so and so time. and when he’s back after multiple people have been waiting for over 40 minutes, he acts entirely inconvenienced by everyone. i’ve had multiple similar encounters with him. good customer service goes a long way just sayin.
