On hold for almost an hour. Package was way late. Refused to give me a refund and the person I spoke to was VERY unpleasant. USPS is slower than a snail. They sucked.

I'm not surprised by all these poor reviews and it's really sad that you guys aren't going anything about your quality of service. Your mail carriers don't put the items in the right boxes they leave mailboxes unlocked. You try to talk to him about it and they try to make an excuse about how it was probably a substitute. Just now I went in to try to get a money order to pay rent and their card reader is down and they said it's been a constant issue. If it's been a constant issue then you need to fix your issues. Everybody else's card readers are working so figure out the problem and fix it. Put the mail in the right mailboxes, fix it. Make sure your mail carriers are locking everyone's mailboxes back, fix it.
Also whenever we're inside and we are dealing with your constant incompetence do not try to match energy with us because if you guys would be fixing all these systemic issues that this community has been dealing with with your post office for a very long time we wouldn't be constantly upset by your low quality of service.
Put a notice on the actual door when we're walking in that your card system is down so no one has to stand in line all that time just to find out that your card readers aren't working. Only one of the tellers had a sign up that the card reader wasn't working.

It's getting really annoying that with my apartment complex we keep getting each other's mail. When it gets put in other people's mailboxes they could wind up throwing it away. I go down to talk to the postmaster all I hear is excuses about how there was a substitute that day. All I hear is excuses and a lot of attitude. It is not good to come at autistic people with attitudes and if you keep messing up our mail we have every right to be not okay with you and to complain with you and to keep complaining with you until the situation gets resolved. You have no right to have an attitude whenever it is your couriers who keep putting mail in the wrong boxes and not even making sure the mailboxes are locked.
Stop making excuses and do your jobs and when somebody comes to you being complative because of your negligence do not get headstrong with them and get an attitude.
I have been here for 4 years and this has been ongoing on a regular basis. People missing crucial mail. You are driving around stuffing pieces of paper in mailboxes your job is not exactly rocket science and there's absolutely no reason why for 4 years this has been such a constant ongoing issue. The postmaster needs to do something about it and whenever we come to the postmaster about stuff stop treating us like garbage. We are upset and we have every right to be. You guys are the ones that keep messing up your job so being upset with us because we are upset that we're not getting our mail is absolutely ridiculous.
It's your fault, not ours.
Also your front of the house staff always has these I don't want to be here attitudes, my job is so hard attitudes, about to walk out at any moment attitudes. Where is the customer service?

Joel is are mail carrier and dosnt show up to pick up our mail half of the time. He picks and chooses, doesn’t act like he cares about his job. He needs to find another job if he can’t handle his own job.

Josh, our mail carrier, has a personal health reason for not being able to deliver mail up a flight of stairs. Several months ago, he asked me to install a post box (at my own expense) where he can deliver mail from his mail truck, but I don't have an extra $200 (or with RA, the strength) to install a brand new shiny locking mailbox (lots of theft along my street) so Josh can deliver mail from his USPS truck!I submitted a letter of disability from my RA doctor one week ago and still haven't received a single piece of mail from the USPS.This is RIDICULOUS! If I couldn't do my job, I'd either be put in a position where I could do something else for the company I work for or, more likely, let go. Nick, the supervisor at the downtown 111 6th St, Bristol VA location is really nice, but absolutely nothing has been done about this situation. It's getting very old, trying to deal with this. And I haven't a car so I have no convenient way to drive there and pick up my mail - even so, I work from 8:30 - 5:00 and would only be able to pick up my mail on Saturdays. Not good for my bills or RA medication that has to be kept cold.Make this right, Bristol USPS! If I had the ability to fire you or even sue you, believe me I definitely would! I'm still looking into the possibility of a law suit.

Extremely poor service. If I could give less than one star I would. By far the worst delivery carrier there is and this has to be the worst of their offices.

CONSTANT THEFT OF (tracked) packages.It's far too simple to scan it/mark it as delivered and just keep them. I'm out hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of investment purchases. Somebody is going to be very sorry, and it's not going to ONLY be me.

Extremely disrespectful every time I have went in. Seem like they are angry they have to do their job! I witnessed an employee argue with a customer. Very unprofessional.

Got a sorry we missed u notice in my mailbox on Dec 12. They never came to my door I have 2 cameras at my door. No one came. Been trying for 2 days to contact USPS, I can't get an answer and I can't get to the USPS. I can't even make a complaint . Isn't this fraud when no one came to my door
