The garage was clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. When I compared the cost (after using my online coupon) to what I had paid to perform the oil change myself last year, the total difference was less than $10. Plus, the gentlemen topped off my windshield washer fluid and added air to my tires. I will definitely visit them again for my next oil change!

I cant not express my gratitude enough for this location of valvoline. Not only do I adore every associate i actually followed Nick from the johnson city location to bristol because of the service he provides. I wish more than anything this was a full service location i trust these boys with my life. The GM, Calin, was the kindest most professional man i have ever met in this industry, Beau is so outstanding I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH HOW AMAZING THEY ARE AS PEOPLE!!!!!!!! I literally love them they deserve raises!!!!!

I called corporate to check if Valvoline performs radiator flushes. The lady assured me that they do and gave me the price. A day or so later I went to this specific location in Bristol for the radiator flush of my gas F350. The fellow I spoke with upon arrival told me that he is not sure if his machine can do the flush due to my truck size. He said that he is fine with “trying” it. I asked for a more detailed explanation and he then preceded to tell me that his machine will do it, but it just takes twice as long as a typical vehicle. It was clear to me that they just didn’t want to mess with it. I won’t be back

I absolutely love this place great prices and very friendly Elijah the manager is awesome will go above and beyond to help you a couple of months ago I did have a problem with a employee and within two to three weeks I heard from him letting me know that he was so very sorry and if there’s anything he can do to make it right and that means the world to me because most of the time anymore people just blow you off so please give them a chance
