Don't bother to pay extra for a climate controlled unit. There is no A/C. All of my craft stuff is now ruined and they wont bother to answer my calls or return them
I will give them credit tho for no mice or bugs. No one is ever on site either.UPDATE; I ended up having to get my financial establishment to contact these people to let them know I had moved out of their facility and they owed me money. I would certainly not recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean lady on the phone was very helpful to get me a unit and move in that day!! All by phone!!! How convenient!!! Very nice facility and the lady was so friendly!!!

I think this place is so clean!! People are so kind an helpful. Read a review on here from someone that can’t seem to pay there bill no matter where they go, and want to blame others! If you can’t pay your title loan or your storage unit, then move OUT!! Try to make up lies about people to make yourself seem like your creditable is a disgrace to this business an others! You need to stop with the made up story.Move out if you’re not Happy!!!

Have rented unit for 2 years, "most" of the people are helpful and kind. Was much better when Celeste worked there. Been rather irritated with them past few months as you can NOT get in touch with anyone after hours as was told you could. Can not leave messages as mailbox is always full. If you are a lil late paying, they slap a red lock on unit after cutting off the lock you paid for and FORGET to remove it !! Yes it is clean. Honest most of time but not always. Definitely need DEPENDABLE HELP !
