“Have never shopped at one of these stores until recently. Had some weight loss and was looking for jeans that fit correctly and look flattering. I have to say I worked with a lovely team member, Lannie. She helped me find the right size. Then, she took my feedback on fabric, fit, and color. She then provided me with several options and very candid feedback about how she felt they fit. Also paired some tops with them to make lovely outfits that are comfortable, and I've had lots of comments on. All this while going back and forth between myself, others in the dressing room, and to the counter for checkouts. Highly recommend!”

“I very rarely write reviews but I went here earlier today to get a bra measurement, as a bigger girl I haven’t known my correct sizing for years. immediately upon entering I was welcomed in and felt very included, accepted and had one of the most helpful experiences shopping that i’ve rarely experienced before. I hope they’re able to have more hands to help around the store in the future as it seemed to be only two of them handling costumers on a saturday which I imagine must be stressful! But the two girls working there were amazing, incredibly nice and I now have one of the most comfortable and well fitted bra i’ve ever had and didn’t take much time at all!! Will definitely try returning and highly recommend coming here if u need measurements,have never found anything to fit u at usual stores and simply for the amazing costumer service I had! 10/10”
“You know, one thing we often overlook is great service. I want to recognize a gentleman at the Boot Barn at the Pinnacle in Bristol—his name is David. Every time I walk in, he’s not just helpful and kind—he puts a “why” behind everything.
He doesn’t just sell you a product. As he helped me with proper boot stretching. He takes the time to explain why something works, why it’s a better fit, and why it matters for you. That kind of thoughtful, customer-focused service makes a huge difference. You leave not just with a purchase, but with confidence in what you’re buying.
