I went to this local ace hardware store to have a car key made of a key I had purchased online, they refuse to make the copy because I did not purchase the key from them, why would i pay for their high prices when I have my own Scanner to program the keys myself.. I was just needing the physical copy made, no programming..
Online it shows Ace hardware does offer the service, no wonder why this store stays empty, they just lost me as a customer.

Trying to get extra paint I had previously bought there. I gave them the paint sample, numbers off the can and they said they needed additional numbers under the lid. Nothing but paint under the lid obviously. Guess they never heard of matching. They were doing inventory, felt like we were just put off. They just lost a loyal customer.
