I order a footlong chili cheese coney and a small order of cheese sticks. The chili was burnt. The bread was hard. I haven't ate here in long time because they always mess up the orders, the fries/tater tots are always cold or old. The burgers be burnt or fried too hard. So needless to say I will not be back to this Sonic in B'ville no time soon.

The lady taking my order would not listen to what I wanted. She was too busy talking to someone else inside. When I received my order, I was missing an order of fries, so I pushed the button the get the same person that sends the car hop out to my car to tell me I didn't order the large fry. I explained to the car hop that I bought 4 meals and showed her the 4 drinks. She proceeded to tell me that the girl inside said I did not order the fry. The car hop was extremely pleasant and did not know what to do, so I removed everything from the 2 bags of food and showed her that I only had 3 tots, no fries, and 3 burgers and an order of chicken she had already seen the 4 drinks. She went back inside and got me an order of fries. I spent $45 and some change and had to argue with the person taking my order over my fries that I most definitely paid for. Kudos to the car hop! The one taking orders needs a different job. Not sure how soon or if I will go back.
