I can’t believe how kind the employee was. I felt bad when my morning sickness caused me to throw up in the outside trash can. Out of the corner of my eye I saw the employee walk out of the store to my husband and cringed a bit thinking he might be asking me to move or something. No. This man brought my husband a handful of grocery bags for me to have for the road. And as if that wasn’t enough! He brought me a cup of ice water on the house!! At this point we hadn’t even purchased anything yet. We didn’t need fuel and I had just brought my son inside to use the restroom with plans to run back in for a snack, but it’s not like he knew that. I am so so grateful for this act of kindness that really exceeds any expectation someone could possibly have for customer service.Also sharing the receipt to share we felt the prices were reasonable!

stopped here with my son to gas up, get soda and use the restroom. the elderly African American lady took issue of me using the restroom saying the restroom was closed. I advised her that there was no sign so how would I know it's closed?. she told me I can't read and don't follow directions. as I was walking out of the store she called me a "cracker". haha this is a first for me and I'll never return to that crappy store.

I stopped by today on my way out of town and a Middle Eastern lady was at the counter. I put my snacks on the counter and paid with my card and she didn’t acknowledge me nor give me a bag for anyof the items I’d purchased out of YOUR store. Whoever owns this store needsto screen for better employees who treats every customer paying with some customer service skills when dealing with the public. I juggled my items and keys to my truck and left. I will never stop by there again.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE! Terrible customer service. African American lady at the counter never spoke even after I tried to just say hi and be polite while waiting for husband. He tried to get a towel that was hanging by the sink out front and she hollered at him, that SHE had to pay for those towels. He informed her the dryer in men’s bathroom didn’t work. She said well it’s not my dryer and it’s new.

I was forced to give a rating, otherwise it would not allow me to give a review. This is a horrible place of business and management seems to not k ow what it means to owe corporate social responsibility. I have been in this place of business numerous times mainly because this is the only gas station on our rural are. With this being the case, I do not think this gave the owner Singh and her employees the right to treat their customers any kind of way. I have witnessed verbal abuse and physical abuse from this location, and I just happened to be a victim of both of them today. I asked the white male employee to not touch my food as he appeared unclean and he wanted to touch my food after handling money. He became irate, and upset with me and snatched the food out of my hand, refused me service and called me out of my name, all the while the manager stood there quietly and allowed her employee to treat her customers in that manner. I called her to have a conversation about what transpired that same guy picked up and hung up the phone. I called repeatedly until someone answered and she finally, talking about poor business structure. She proceeded to say that the employee did nothing wrong and hung up the phone in my face. Avoid this place at all cost. No customer should be dehumanized. I'm in the process of filing a suit and a BBB report. There's no reason Singh should be in business with behaviors like this. Let's see what the BBB has to say since she did not want to listen to the customer. After all, if it were not for the customers, she not her employees would have a job.

An overweight, white male clerk/owner cussed me... insisted my credit card was a debit card. He wanted to pick a fight with me. Insane!!!! He was aggressive and scary. I would hitchhike before EVER stopping at this place again. Plus, the place was nasty!!

The worst customer service EVER. We pulled close to the door to let our elderly father out of the car and she verbally attacked him. My sister tried to explain that we were not parking there but that he is a disabled veteran and is struggling walking this morning and she verbally attacked her. She didn't care why we pulled up there and that she didn't have to service us or let them use the restroom either.The rudest individual ever.

This woman is the worst individual on the face of the earth. My dad is 84 and a wounded veteran and we dropped him off at the door since there was not a handicap parking spot and before we could move the car she verbally attacked my dad, and then when I walked in she verbally attacked me. We have said we were just dropping him at the door she said he don't matter!!! Elderly abuse is against the law and she should not be working with the public!!!!
