This was over 3 years ago, but I've been asked to leave more details. I recall the tow operator seemed polite enough and timely, and very capable with the equipment and care of the towed vehicle.

Used them only when you really have to. They make their own prices and don't expect it to be reasonable.

I was in a pinch with my newly purchased RV where I ran into issues blowing some fuses. The only good thing about this experience was their response time and taking the RV in to get me back up and running for 15 minutes. I was losing my exterior lights and blew multiple fuses in the process. I also had a fuse/relay problem with its startup because it was loose, but I drove the RV there. This was not an inherent issue I could not get around. Now to the good part. The owner & his shop mate were friendly as good used car salesmen are. They were responsive and stated that they temporarily fixed the issue, but would have to replace the full front fuse block & put more work in to fix it permanently. This didn't fit into my timeline and in hindsight I'm glad I didn't go with them for this work.Where did this go wrong?1.) They kept focusing on the startup problem that wasn’t an issue. My guess is they thought this would help justify their overall price tag. I can’t get my whole family home if the RV doesn’t start…2.) The initial problem I brought it in for was not fixed. I blew all my lights the minute I turned on the dash.3.) They charged me $1000 dollars or nearly 8+ man hours for NOT fixing the problem. They did not update me on the potential cost until they confronted me with the unworthy bill.4.) I brought it in to a reputable shop in "Yankee-ville" and they resolved the same issue for under 600 bucks. They stated that the core fuse block is fine and the '3000+' dollar fix Tiger RV said would be required was false. They proved this to me in person with facts, not conjecture. On top of this, I happen to be from up North and it was interesting to converse with them about being a 'Yankee'. They did so while buttering me up to shove the unworthy $1000 dollar bill up my rear. The way they went about this was in a manner where they were 'expecting' us to negotiate the bill because they knew they were wrong. They won this aspect of the battle, but I hope this review makes them a last recourse option for anyone else. This is me paying it forward to the general public.Only give these guys business if you want to be potentially fleeced when in a time of need, want to be judged based upon your geographical location as an American, and ultimately enjoy a friendly face as they deceit you on all aspects of their narrative.
