I wish i could give a negative 5 review!!!! worst place to even try to deal with. bought my 5th wheel in August it was a brand new 2022 (left over but still brand new) went through the demo ( this is my 4th rv so i'm not new to it but i still listen because it is a new one to me!) i moved it 23 miles to a camp ground and the water wouldnt work. Called them and thier first answer was "you dont have it hooked up right". Sure i'm that stupid when its all labeled and clearly marked, sent them a picture and weird but it was hooked up right. So they send repair and i had to have the whole water control system board replaced. ok fine things happen. hooked up the next day and drove 800 miles. Set up camp and have problems with the slide to the point that it tore my floor. Called Tri-scam and was told when i get back to Tennesse to bring it in and they will take a look at it. ok nice but its broke now and i was in NY! Went to bed for the night ( rolled my awning in because i dont ever leave them open) got up the next morning and was 'Trapped" in my camper because the awning fell off the camper! Called Tri-Scam back and was told to have it repaired and warenty would refund it. ok done. almost $1800 dollars to fix it. This was in August. Here we are in the end of December and the Lovely Stephanie at TRi-scam still will not issue a refund. Forest River paid them December 19th after repeated calls for it to be refunded today is Decemeber 27th and "she" still doesnt have it. Now lets get into the other issues Slide was off 4 inches and floor was ripped ,took it too them for repair, and they had to order parts and wait for warranty to approve. I told them i had approval all ready. They didnt care so cancelled a month in Florida because "they had to wait" Finally get my camper repaired to thier crap standards, picked it up bring it home and the bed slide wont work. I had to climb under the bed and hand crank it out. I'm alone doing all of this stuff, I bought a camper that had auto everything on it because i cant be climbing around under things any more. No answer from them they were closed for the day. I left the next morning at 4:30 am because i know they are not going to do anything to repair it for months anyways. Enroute to Florida i get a call back and was left with...."well when you get to Florida find some place to take it or call mobile repair". Really??? Its a BRAND NEW $106,000 camper!!! How about you have one ready for meso this one can be repaired or putme up in a hotel with my animals because i full time rv. To make things even better i get in the camper for a bathroom brake and my residential refrigerator is laying accross the camper against the slide. Good times the double sided tape they had to keep it in place didnt stick! Double sided tape...think about that. Not to mention the new flooring that they "repaired" is rolled up and bubbled accross the floor. So we all know that it will never stay in place nor will it remain without rips in it due to the slides. Now i have a "Brand new camper" that isnt even 4 months old and will never last to the end of the original 1 year warranty. Im afraid to travel with it. Every single time i do something breaks! I dont travel fast and i am never rough on any of the equipment i buy!. This company is the biggest joke i have ever seen. They can get on here and defend themselves all they want. I have all the emails, text messages, conversations and photos to back up what i'm saying. All they have are excuses and people that are too lazy to get away from a computer and do thier job. Rude is an understatement as to how they act. Disgusting is a better word.You get what you give if your gonna be rude then so am i. I want a new camper or i want this junk paid off so i can get a diffrent one. The very least they should be doing is a bumper to bumper warranty. Because we now know for a fact that they sold me a junk camper and refuse to go good for it. ..period! BTW i arrived in Florida on December 1st an

Roberta is the most phenomenal sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve never felt like a sales associate actually cared the way that she’s does! She remembered personal details and things we shared with her. She helped us make an informed purchase for the type of travel trailer we would need. She was so factual. There was no pressure to buy anything. She helped us receive a wonderful deal on the camper and it has served us well. Even six month later she has checked in on us several times. We are grateful to have worked with such a wonderful person like her. Thank you Roberta!!

Coming into it, my wife and I were nervous but sure we wanted a RV. At the time we lived in Greeneville, so naturally we went to Tri-Am. But what really boosted our confidence was the service we received from Roberta. She went above and beyond for my family and I. She took all of our wants and needs and found the perfect matches for us and gave us all the time we needed to browse and really gather our thoughts. I’ve never had customer service to where I actually felt like someone genuinely cared and we connected on a personal level. To be entirely honest, we probably wouldn’t have had as much confidence coming out of buying our first RV if it wasn’t for Roberta’s kind words of encouragement and reassurance. Thank you very much Roberta for everything truly! I would give you 10 stars if I could! Our family is doing wonderfully and the kids absolutely love it. For anyone looking to get into buying an RV, I would highly recommend Tri-Am in Greene County! The service was immaculate!

My husband John and I had an awning replaced at Tri Am RV recently. They did a super job and gave excellent customer service. We will do business with them any time we need anything for our rv.Thank you to the associates who gave us such great service! Stephanie, Tanya, Cole, and several others.

Very disappointed with salesman stating false information about application process and credit required just didn't know what he was talking about. Now my credit was hit by 3 companies, when they stated they only dealt with TCU. Just another lie.

We had a propane regulator failure. Tri-Am got us back on the road in under 1 hour. Here’s a shoutout to our technician..Tim, who was great and did not mind me watching. THANK YOU

DO NOT take your business to Tri-Am RV Center in Bulls Gap ! We was suppose to pick up our new camper Friday and they sold it out from under us! The sales guy Ayden Farmer helped us with the whole sale and then messaged us did not call us but messaged us and told us his boss SOLD our camper !My wife and I will not do any future business with them ever again and I told them I would be giving them bad reviews and telling everyone to stay away from them. We had a window get shattered and the team at Tri-Am RV worked very hard to find me a replacement. Excellent customer service. They ordered the window and we had it in just a few days.

We bought our camper from the store in Bulls Gap, TN. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. From sales, to finance, to the tech who showed us how to work everything and right down to the person who welcomed us in and the person who checked us out. They were all friendly, down to earth, not at all pushy and honest. We only bought a small pop up but still got treated like top notch customers. If we ever decide to upgrade, we will most definitely go right back to Tri-Am!

We dealt with Stephanie. She was incredible in helping us get all the parts and all of our warranty work done correctly. They were very helpful explaining each situation and never seemed frustrated that I called so many times. I would recommend Tai-Am service to anyone.
