Especially with Ms.Carylon Morgan! Always a mission to get my packages when they deliver to the wrong house and I get reprimanded for it by having to pick up my items at the post office location. Always an issue of them not knowing where my packages are

Very poor customer service. I called the phone number (verified as correct) no less than 8 times in a two day period and no one answered the phone, so I had to drive all the way to the office to ask a simple question. The people working the counter did not apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. Neither did the service clerk offer a solution to my problem until I continued to prod him with possible solutions.

This post office is amazingly irresponsible. They continuously deliver to the wrong address then make it your problem. I've been there multiple times regarding this issue with tracking numbers with no improvement. Gotten worse. I've had informed delivery state delivered when not there I inquired in office and they say it was sent back. I call that stolen. I wish there was an alternative to the USPS. Deplorable.

I Conduct a lot of business at this post office I ship between 15-30 packages a week here I wish they would get the ability to accept QR code shipping labels I would be able to shop a lot more if they did get QR code scanning capabilities :(

Horrible location! Will never go back to this office again, and neither should you!!! I dropped off 25 packages into their collection box, it's been a week, and no updated tracking!!! What did they do with them? Throw them away, lose them, keep them for themselves?? They know what they did. I wouldn't trust the people working there. The manager said, packages don't get scanned in the collection boxes?? What? All packages need to be scanned!!! They are awful lying people. Lost me $500 of product. Shame on them. They will get what they deserve. Go to the other offices!! Don't support that location please. No one will help me with this situation and I am not making it up...

Very quick service the people in there were very useful and help me find the right packaging to be able to send my packets that I needed and they were very nice and answering all of my questions the prices seemed a little high for shipping but other than that everything was good they enforce wearing masks

I only went to this post office one time. It was near my dentist office and on the way back home. No complaints. Easy to find. The line there was so so. I liked the stamps I bought there.

There is a reason why this post office has poor reviews. For starters this isn't the post office that delivers to my house it's typically a different location. I had ordered cosmetics online, and for whatever reason it was sent to this post office. I get on the informed delivery saying it was delivered Sunday and left on my front porch, and it wasn't. So I call the USPS number on the informed delivery site to let them know that it wasn't and they say they will contact me in one business day. This location calls me yesterday, and they need me to provide the tracking number so I provide it the lady says the carrier delivered it to another house, and they would get it back and deliver it to my house. She states she will call me in the afternoon when she called it was 830 am. The whole day goes by, and nothing. So I call this morning, and let the person know that answers that I am following up on my package. Same lady answers and says they went to that person's house were it got delivered, and they wouldn't give the carrier back my package. The lady then says I need to call who I ordered it from to get my refund. What upsets me is the fact that I need to call the cosmetic company for a refund when the post office clearly admitted it was their fault not who I ordered it from. The post office didn't even call me back like they said they would, or apologize for their mistake. I am so happy I don't have to deal with them, because I will make sure I no longer order from the cosmetic company so this doesn't happen again!

I really hate this post office. Not because of the wait times or location. It's because of an employee. The only middle aged female who works here is always SO rude! She treats me like I'm an inconvenience, complains about me wanting my boxes scanned in (so I can get the receipt), and seems to hate her job and people in general. I honestly don't know how she still has a job here. I've witnessed her yell at other customers. But for some reason, she feels the need to always complain about me wanting my boxes scanned in, opposed to dropping off prepaid ones at the counter. I need receipts for bookkeeping purposes, as I work from home. Not that I need to explain myself to her. And she complains about the long line behind me when it's my turn at the counter because she feels I'm a waste of time. I wait in line like every other person, so don't make me feel like an inconvenience when it only takes a couple minutes! No other employee there (or any other location) has ever treated me this way! I'll stop using the USPS altogether if an attitude like that keeps up. It's absolutely ridiculous. Even friends who tag along with me at times have noticed her extremely inappropriate behavior.
