“I've been here three times in 2 months and used 2 different machines and have had no warm or hot water to wash my clothes, it seems as if the hot water heater were broken they would have had it fixed by now, it's my guess that they purposely have the hot water shut-off to the machines to save money. THATS JUST WRONG AND DISHONEST!!!!!!! Please turn the hot water on. Now I have been here four times and used three different machines and still no hot water?My original post was in year2020 but As of December 2023 hot water seems to be working and so nice of them to now give access to rest room and thank you ??”
