“My husband and I were traveling back home to AR when our alternator went out. We were towed to this Autozone location. Both gentlemen working were extremely helpful but Michael Pace went above and beyond to help us! He stayed for over an hour after the store closed to help my husband and to make sure we got the alternator on and the battery charged again! That goes beyond customer service and we are very thankful for him and his willingness to help above and beyond!”
