Was at H&R block in Camden Tennessee today to file my taxes and I can't say enough about the not only professional service I received but also some of the nicest and caring people in that office, My Husband and I have been coming there every year since we moved up here to have our taxes done sadly this year I had to come alone cause I lost my husband 10 months ago and I was a complete wreck and everyone there made me feel so welcomed and they were so patient with me, I can not thank them enough for being patient and helping me get thru a very difficult time

The tax lady here messed our taxes up!! We said we had three dependants! Gave her all the information. Then she turned around took two off. Lost 1k. Had to go to another HR block guy said they were done wrong. Now have to wait to file amendment to get taxes. Months of waiting!!!!! They better NOT THINK WERE PAYING THEM JACK!!!!! Then We get a call from the HR block manager in Makenzie office tells us we won't owe no fees to go back to the Camden office to get fees back owed and filed a amendment. Go in there this morning and the new lady STILL left me off as a other dependant! We're done with this OFFICE HERE!! IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR TAXES MESSED UP I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THE LEBANON TN HR BLOCK ON WEST MAIN STREET. THESE PPL HERE AT THE CAMDEN OFFICE IS A JOKE. COST US MONEY AND TIME AND NOW FINANCIAL HARDSHIP CAUSE WE HAVE TO WAIT MONTHS FOR OUR DUE MONEY
