“The Sales Rep was excellent. The store didn’t open until 9, and we were there at 8:50 waiting outside. The Rep was winter counter working. We decided to try the door and found it was open. I was from out of town visiting family and decided to get a new phone. It’s a rare thing to encounter such outstanding customer service today, and his level was off the charts. Thank you.”
