I felt like it was very unprofessional when we went in July 3,2025. We went in to upgrade 2 lines. The guy helped get started then threw us to the lady beside him to finish getting the information transfered when he seen the next group come in ( later found out it was his family members) the lady gave us the phones with the old ones and said when they are finished transferring. To bring them back we had 2 weeks. We was interested in a watch but they never asked again. We also herd them talk about other customers when they left.

The Sales Rep was excellent. The store didn’t open until 9, and we were there at 8:50 waiting outside. The Rep was winter counter working. We decided to try the door and found it was open. I was from out of town visiting family and decided to get a new phone. It’s a rare thing to encounter such outstanding customer service today, and his level was off the charts. Thank you.

Me and my husband went in on Friday to trade our new phones in. Zach helped us and answered every question, made sure our phones were set up perfectly before we left, and had an overall great attitude about working. He was so friendly and caring. He explained everything to us up front and made the process so easy. 5/5 stars for me!!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Logan Hale over the past two days, and I have to say, he was outstanding. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient in helping me with everything I needed, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled smoothly. His positive attitude made the experience really enjoyable, and I truly appreciate the effort he put in.

Well what can I say if you don't look like you have money don't bother going in because the little boy behind the counter is not interested in helping you at all. He was to busy on his own phone to even look up at me so I will make sure I tell everyone I see to go somewhere else if you want help or you better walk in there in your Sunday best if you want help. Or just get ready to be look side ways
