Dutch craft mattresses are the worst. Purchased these a year ago. After couple months a hump in middle was forming. They replaced them standing by the 10 year warranty. Well the second set doing the same thing. They refused to replace them because of a few stains. I could easily used my shampooer to correct this. It was either my makeup foundation or coffee. I will never buy these again. Over priced and the warranty is a joke. I'm going back to Serta. I've never had this happen with Serta.

Bought this matress brand from a local furniture store, its like sleeping on a rock, $800 i won't get back, i don't recommend this matress company to anyone

We purchased a Dutch Craft sleep mattress model # 4527 American park city plush in 2019. After about a year this mattress started showing wear in the springs. You can fill the springs moving and making a popping noise, now showing dipping in the mattress also. This model can not be flipped over due to plush only on one side, so we do turn the mattress about every 3 months but still shows sunificate wear. We are not over weight. I'm 220 my wife is 100 pounds. We replaced our old mattress after 10 years and 2 kids. Old mattress was very stained due to baby bottle spills baby bed wetting lol showing signs of mildew. We did buy a waterproof mattress top for new mattress. Lesson learned. Kinda wish we kept the old mattress way more durable and more comfortable. This passed year I've had 2 major surgeries neck and lower back. This model is very uncomfortable for me, I have difficult sleeping and getting comfortable.

Coil springs broke the wire that keeps the springs in place they moved around left holes were your body would slide into,the hole people came out looked at it layed tape on it and took a photo about a month later they came back to do it again about two weeks later called they said no because it was stained I called the factory no one would return my phone call it looked like a stain if picture is shot low to the bed because the top cover had fuzzed up because of poor cover design

We've been buying dutch craft mattresses for over thirty years whenever a relative needs one. Our favorite shop: Webb's Furniture in Clarksville, TN. We will never buy furniture of any kind anywhere else again. As for the DC mattresses, im still sleeping on one I've had nearly thirty years. Only thing that's wrong, is my blinking cat has used it as a scratching post.

We bought one of their beds and flowed their directions about turning it so often now my wife and myself almost can't sleep on this bed it's causes bake pain and wount hold our weights do not buy the model. 4425 it won't support any weight without causing issues

We purchased a mattress about 7 months ago and it has sunk in every place that was slept on. We have turned the mattress every direction. It has a 15 year warranty on it, I don't think it's going to make it 15 years. It makes my back hurt after an hour of laying on it. I'm not a very big person by any means.
