Great customer service helping us register as new customers and had our new propane tank installed and filled within just a couple days of us finishing our paperwork. Everything was explained thoroughly and they were kind to all our questions. The people we spoke to on the phone, email, and the installer that came out were all very helpful and friendly. Their lease rates for a tank were significantly less than another place as well!

Supposed to be on automatic delivery and they let my tank run empty. No hot water for showers, no customer service, will not answer phone or call back. Everyone in my neighborhood has already fired them. Porco is who you want, they answered immediately and sent a delivery truck same day and it was cheaper!
