I recommend Tri-County Propane highly, giving the company an excellent rating. This company did my service with upmost professionalism, people skills and knowledge. From the first contact with Brandi of Tri-County Propane, until the service was completed, they did as they stated. The service was very quick with excellent workman skills. The price of propane and tank rental is very reasonable. As a customer, I could not have asked for a better propane company! My special thanks go to Brandi and the service department!! They are wonderful examples for great customer service!! Excellent Company and Personnel!!

I’ve been with this company for years. Always loved Tina in the office and the drivers. They always made sure I was took care of. The company sold couple years ago n went through some hiccups but seem like they got things worked out now. Now they have Brandie in the office too. She’s just as sweet and helpful as Tina.

We've never had problem with this company. The lady answering the phone has always been cordial and we have received the propane when promised which was always within a few days. The driver was helpful with questions.

I called and a call center answered. I asked if they filled 20lb and 30lb type tanks. She responded yes and that a 20lb was 12 dollars and a 30lb was 18 dollars. I drove to the location only to find out there was no one there to fill it and would have to leave it. Furthermore a 20lb is 16 dollars and a 30lb is 22 dollars. Based on the current Bidenomics the gas prices are ok but the customer service needs worked on!

Called and waited two weeks ,still no delivery. Called back and still couldn't speak to an actual person . At this point my tank was in the red zone. I called a different company whom filled my tank in less then 24 hours. I don't know what happened to the customer service at Tri County ( UPG ) or who ever they are but to do that to a eight year dedicated customer whom paid in full at time of delivery is a real kick in the pants. They act like they give us the propane for free or something . I have since changed my propane company to the new one whom actually communicates with the customer.

Absolutely unethical business practices, sent a load of propane to an elderly customer without the customer's consent then expects customer to pay the bill, very unprofessional

This used to be a great locally owned company that took care of their customers. We started having problems last year that continually got worse. Can't reach anyone on the phone, no one calls back, corporate tells you one thing and local office tells you something completely different. Rude to customers that get fed up and complain. We used them for 8 years but that's over as of today.

Wouldn't recommend this company their trucks was neighbor's house ask the driver he would fill up our tank portable he would not 10 degrees outside.
