I stopped in there for the first time 9-1-21, and was refused medical attention because I did not have a Covid related problem. I was in extreme pain and had an appointment with Ortho the next day. I was told that it did not matter that I needed medical attention, they were only seeing Covid patients. There were NO patients waiting to be seen when I went in. But the two nurses still refused me service. I could not afford a trip to the ER so I went home and suffered through until I saw Ortho the next day. FYI, the xrays I had the next day showed cartilage deterioration and arthritis build up in my knee, for which I received two injections and was told that I also needed an MRI to look for anything torn. I did not go into that place looking for a prescription of pain meds or anything like that. I just wanted to be made comfortable so I could rest. I had never been there before and I will not go back again.
